LEED will assess the conditions at the customer's site and provide a solution that ensures compliance with environmental regulations. The solution once accepted by the customer, will be executed by LEED at Indian sites. Internationally, LEED will supervise the erection activities. LEED will commission all projects and handover the project to the customer once the design output specifications have been met. Detailed documentation to maintain and operate the plant will also be provided to the customer.

As most of LEED's customers do not have the expertise in operating and maintaining the plants provided, LEED can operate and maintain the plants on behalf of the customer on a chargeable basis. LEED will ensure that the customer is kept abreast of all activities in the plant and have a monthly review with the management at the customer's site.

Replacement of all spares required for the plant can be purchased via LEED. LEED will liaise with suppliers, communicate the technical specifications and ensure the right chemicals and spares are available. LEED will also supply all consumable chemicals required to keep the plant running — replenishment can be made via a standing order to reduce inconvenience for the customer.

LEED can supply individual equipment or systems that can be incorporated into a larger existing process plant. Examples include Clarifiers, Agitators, Thin Film Dryers (ATFD), Mechanical Evaporators, Boilers, Reverse Osmosis Systems, Filters, Pumps, Blowers and more.

In the event customers of LEED or owners of plants related to LEED's expertise have any operational issues and need assistance in troubleshooting, they can contact LEED for support. LEED will also help customers study existing facilities and recommend areas for improvement via a detailed report.
